Some currency rate providers, like the European Central Bank, publish updates at specific times (e.g., every working day at around 16:00 CET). To ensure one rate value for the entire working day, a "NEXTDATE" Transformation Rule is created in the system, automatically converting the rate date to the next day.

The use of this rule is not mandatory, user can remove transformation rule in Data Exchange setup.
