When users create Sales Order, before posting, it is possible to set additional information related to delivery:

Number of Parcels - number of parcels/packages for delivery company to ship

Delivery instructions - free text with instructions, that will be assigned to shipment.
Sales Shipment update
If information set in sales order was not correct, user can update information in Posted Sales Shipment page. Search for Posted Sales Shipments page in search window, select line with document and press button Update Document:
Create shipment/consignment auto
If Shipping Agent setup has setting “Send on Post”=Yes, when user post Sales Order, system automatically send shipment registration to delivery company.
Create shipment/consignment manually
Search for Posted Sales Shipments page in search window, select line with document and press button Consignment → Send Consignment. System collect information for current document and send shipment registration request to delivery company.
When shipment is registered, shipment Id is saved in field Package Tracking No. in current Posted Sales Shipment.
Together with shipment registration, system request and download labels for shipment.
Get Labels
Each parcel must have printed label attached. When system creates shipments, labels are automatically downloaded and saved as attachment to current document.
To reprint labels, open document attachments, select Label attachment, download file and print it.
User can manually request new labels again, in Posted Sales Shipment press button Consignment → Get Labels.
Create shipment/consignment manually - multiple documents
When user needs to send shipment registration for multiple documents, it is possible to do in page Posted Sales Shipments page. Select several lines in the list and press button Consignment → Send Consignment.
Cancel shipment/consignment
Some delivery companies interfaces allow to send cancelation request to registered shipment (ex. DX Delivery). To send cancelation request, find document in Posted Sales Shipments page (list or card) and press button Consignment → Cancel Consignment.
Tracking shipment/consignment
If delivery company interface provide parcels tracking ability, you can check status of your shipments in Posted Sales Shipment card page. Tracking information is shown as a factbox in right side panel. Information is updated every time user opens this page.
