Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Job Queue Admin extension and related services ("Service") for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, provided by JEMEL SIA ("we", "us").

1. Service Description

Job Queue Admin monitors job queue entries in Business Central and sends failure notifications via Email, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. The Service includes:

  • Business Central extension for monitoring and configuration
  • Azure-hosted middleware for notification delivery
  • Interactive actions (Restart, Put On Hold) via notification buttons

2. Permissions Required

An administrator must grant consent for the following access:

Permission Purpose
Business Central API Read job queue status, execute restart/hold actions
User profile (basic) Identify users for audit logging

You may revoke consent at any time via myapps.microsoft.com.

3. Data Handling

  • We access your Business Central data only to provide the Service
  • We do not persistently store your Business Central data
  • Data is processed in transit through Azure (West Europe)

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure users have appropriate Business Central permissions
  • Configure notification channels per your organization's policies
  • Keep notification channel credentials (webhook URLs) secure

5. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime for the notification middleware, excluding scheduled maintenance. The Service is provided "as available" without guarantee of uninterrupted access.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
  • We are not responsible for failures in third-party services (Microsoft, Slack, etc.)

7. Subscription

The Service is offered through Microsoft AppSource or direct subscription. Pricing and plan details are available at jemel.lv. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and revoking app permissions
  • We may suspend access for Terms violations or non-payment
  • Upon termination, your Business Central data remains in your tenant

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
