Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Keep your Business Central system documented, current and ready for change.

Choose the support level that matches the responsibility you need — from work on request, through Priority Support, to maintained solution knowledge and recurring lifecycle/advisory review.

Support levels

  1. Ad hoc

    Support when you need it

  2. Priority Support

A ready support route when response and context matter

  3. Business Central Application Management

Keep system knowledge and important decisions current

Ad hoc
Business Central support and development for individual tasks, subject to available capacity. If you need a defined response time and maintained system context, choose Priority Support.
Priority Support
Direct support access, priority handling and a meaningful response within four business hours — backed by maintained technical context.
Business Central Application Management
Priority Support plus maintained solution knowledge and two combined lifecycle and advisory management reviews per year.

We also support existing Dynamics NAV systems under the same support levels. When migration becomes relevant, we help define the path to Business Central.

How Priority Support can be used

Priority Access

The recurring service covers the support route, response commitment, priority handling and maintained technical context. Actual support, consulting, investigation, testing, configuration or development is approved and charged separately.

Priority with included monthly work

The same Priority obligations, with an agreed monthly work allowance for time-based support, investigation, consulting, configuration, testing or development.

Business Central Application Management

Maintained solution record

A maintained record of what your Business Central solution contains, how key parts work and why important changes were made. System knowledge stays with your company, not only with one specialist or scattered across support tickets.

Lifecycle and opportunity review

As part of each combined review, we assess upcoming Business Central changes against your actual solution and identify what requires no action, testing, change or separate assessment — and which new standard capabilities may be useful.

Advisory and management review

In the same combined review, we examine important open decisions and plans and recommend the simplest sensible route: standard functionality, configuration, an app, integration, custom development — or no change.

Recommendations become separately approved work.

Application Management identifies, documents and advises. Assessment, development, testing, remediation and update or upgrade execution are scoped and approved separately. This keeps the recurring service predictable while the client retains control of execution and budget.

Review your current support situation.

We can determine whether Ad hoc, Priority Support or Application Management fits the system and the level of responsibility you need.
