Multi-Channel Support
You can set up multiple channels simultaneously:
-
Email to the on-call team + Teams to the ops channel
-
Different channels for different notification types
-
Redundant channels for critical alerts
Each channel operates independently - if one fails, others still deliver.
Start with Email (simplest setup), then add Teams or Slack as needed.
